Our commitment

Everyone should be able to find out where to dance. This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and accessibility is treated as a requirement, not a feature.

What that means in practice

The whole site works with a keyboard alone. Every same-page navigation link moves screen reader focus to the destination heading, so VoiceOver and NVDA announce where you landed, including when you open a shared link with a section address in it. Color contrast meets AA throughout. The site respects your reduced-motion setting. The mobile menu is a proper disclosure: it announces its state, Escape closes it, and focus returns to the button. Analytics only runs if you allow it, and the consent banner is keyboard and screen reader accessible.

How it's tested

Every change runs through automated checks before it ships: axe-core with zero tolerance for WCAG A and AA violations on desktop and mobile layouts, a rendered contrast scan of every text element, and browser-driven focus tests that sample where keyboard focus lands and stays after every navigation action. The site is also audited with AccessSpark.
